  1. What is the turn-around time? (back to top)
**For standard, non-purified peptide: 2-3 weeks.
**For HPLC purified peptide: 4-5 weeks.
**For modified peptide: please contact Auggie Sanchez for more information.

  2. How do I know when my order is done or not? (back to top)
**You will receive an email from us whenever your order is completed; or you can check the status of your order from our website.

  3. Where do I pick up my order? (back to top)
**Your order will be ready for pick up in room B065 (across from the Bistro cafeteria).

  4. What are the available scales for a synthetic peptide? (back to top)
** 25 umole: standard scale for the Symphony/Multiplex instrument (NO purification available)
**0.25 mmole: standard scale for ABI 433A instrument.

  5. What is the minimum scale for a purified peptide? (back to top)
**We recommend 0.25 mmol scale for a HPLC purified peptide.

  6. What are the expected yields for non-purified and purified peptides? (back to top)
    **Non-purified peptide:
25 micromoles: normally yield 20-30 mg for a crude 20-mer.
0.25 millimoles: normally yield 300-400 mg for a crude 20-mer.

    **Purified peptide:
Under normal synthetic conditions, where the product of interest constitutes the majority of the preparation, yields are of the order of 50%.

  7. What kind of QC do you offer? (back to top)
**All peptides synthesized are routinely analyzed by reverse phase HPLC and Mass Spectrometry.

  8. What is the price for a non-purified peptide? (back to top)
**Please check our rates sheet for prices.

  9. Do you make labeled peptide? (back to top)
**Please contact Auggie Sanchez for more information.
