**The US Government implemented new tariffs on goods imported to the US. We have carefully considered how to handle the increased costs of tariffs on consumables and reagents and have concluded that it is necessary for us to add the Tariff Surcharge to your invoice as a separate line item and will correspond to an amount paid by PAN.
**We will adjust or discontinue a surcharge when the relevant tariff is withdrawn or adjusted, and we hope that this is a temporary situation.
**While we appreciate that the introduction of a surcharge may pose challenges for you, please be assured that the decision was made after exploring a range of options to manage the increase in our costs without compromising our ability to provide services in the way that you expect from us.
