Choose Gene Expression section.
Sample Target Labeling depends on the array. Choose the appropriate labeling and proceed with the rest of the order form.
** The minimum amount of total RNA required is 50ngs. We prefer to have between 100ng-500ng for each sample, if possible. If you have less than 50ng, please select Small Target Labeling. This implies a two-cycle amplification protocol. Please contact the staff in the Gene Expression team for specific information about this protocol.
When done, please print out the form and bring it, together with your samples, to PAN. No appointment necessary.
