PAN offers an array of peptide modifications such as biotinylation and floresceination of specific lysine residues; a variety of amino terminal modifications, such as biotinylation, acetylation, floresceination, myristylation and incorporation of non-naturally occurring amino acids. In addition, peptides may be conjugated to carrier peptides such as TAT or antennepedia sequences. All synthetic products are analyzed via HPLC and MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry. Two scales are available; a 0.25 millimole scale (large scale) and a 25 micromole scale (small scale). Purification is only available for the large scale synthesis.
