**For standard, non-purified peptide: 1 week.
**For HPLC purified peptide: 2-3 weeks.

How do I know when my order is done or not? (back to top)
**You will receive an email from us whenever your order is completed; or you can check the status of your order from our website.
Where do I pick up my order? (back to top)
**Your order will be ready for pick up in room B065 (across from the Bistro cafeteria).
What are the available scales for a synthetic peptide? (back to top)
**0.25 mmole: standard scale for ABI 433A instrument.
What is the minimum scale for a purified peptide? (back to top)
**We recommend 0.25 mmol scale for a HPLC purified peptide.
What are the expected yields for non-purified and purified peptides? (back to top)
**Non-purified peptide:
0.25 mmole: normally yield 300-400 mg for a crude 20-mer.

**Purified peptide:
Under normal synthetic conditions, where the product of interest constitutes the majority of the preparation, yields are of the order of 50%.
What kind of QC do you offer? (back to top)
**All peptides synthesized are routinely analyzed by reverse phase HPLC and Mass Spectrometry.
How do I store my peptides ? (back to top)
**Most lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for 2-3 weeks. For long-term storage, the lyophilized peptides are recommended to be stored at -20°C. Prevent the peptides from undergoing freeze-thaw cycles. Allow the peptides to come to room temperature before opening.
